According to the Center for Disease Control (CDC) almost half (42.5% in 2018) of adults in the US are obese – and almost 75% are overweight. A lot of those people want to lose weight, get fit, healthy – but they don’t know how, or they can’t stick to it. Why? Because health and fitness can be confusing, there are so many choices and systems – and how do you know you are doing what’s right for you?
The truth is, by improving your fitness, you increase your chances to move from sickness to wellness in a sustainable way. This means improvements in the way you look and feel, health biomarkers, immune system support, mental health and more. Functional fitness has become increasingly popular over the last decade… but there is one fatal flaw with most group fitness programs: everyone does the same workout!

At our gym, we use a revolutionary system called Level Method. It allows us to customize each workout for you individually, so that you’re always doing the workout just right for you. This is what is missing in the chaos of regular functional fitness gyms, with us we will assess your fitness so we can get a great starting point, we make sure to address specific weaknesses, and progress you towards your goals in a fun, safe and effective way.

If this is your very first time trying out lifting weights or functional fitness training...
...then you have come to the right place. We specialize in working with complete beginners to help you feel safe and comfortable adapting new skills and learning new things you never thought you could do before.

We've worked with people of all skill levels and age groups, from grown up & masters (55+), pregnant + postpartum athletes, college sports teams, families, endurance athletes, weightlifters and competitive athletes. This training completely changed the way we view what it means to be fit, and we want to share this knowledge with you to be strong for life!

Start Your Customized Fitness Program
Whether you are completely new to HYROX, CrossFit or have years of experience, we will work with your needs! New-to-CrossFit or New-to-HYROX members start with an OnBoarding program comprised of anywhere from 3-5 personal 1:1 sessions to teach you the fundamentals and movements you need to thrive and succeed. Learn about good form and safety when it comes to lifting weights or performing functional movements. We will also assess a baseline level of your fitness so you know where you are starting from and where you would like to see yourself in the next few months!

Become a Part of Our Supportive Community!
Once you complete your introductory program, start taking classes with the rest of us! Our done-for-you programming makes it easy to just walk in the door, follow the coach, and get a workout that moves you closer to your goals. Each class has scaled options for all levels, from beginners to the competitive athlete.
